Jacob Allen is a multimedia artist from Columbus, Ohio. Their artistic mediums include photography, music, graphic design, animation, illustration, videography, and journalism.
‘City of Infinite Happiness’ is Jacob’s art brand where they create digital paintings and pixel artworks based on their architecture and nature photography.
‘Jane Museum’ is Jacob’s music project where they create and perform as a hyperpopstar and electronic music producer. They write, produce, mix, and
master all of their own music as well as shoot and design all of their own cover art with occasional help from close friends and creative collaborators.
Jacob’s photos have been curated into collections published by VSCO (5x), as well as published by Productive Honey Magazine, Cowtown Entertainment, and Voyage Ohio Magazine. Their music has been featured on Ana Kennedy‘s online radio show ‘The Sky Is Falling Radio‘ as well as curated into her ‘ALT-INT* Essentials‘ playlist. Jacob was also the owner of music and art publication Culness where they wrote articles and interviewed artists from March of 2020 to July of 2022. In 2024 Jacob received an artist grant from the Greater Columbus Arts Council.
